Finding a safe place for someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia is urgent and hard. We narrow it to communities that are set up for it, check each one, and help you tour. Free to families.
No contract. No obligation. A reply within one business day — same day for active discharges.
Memory care is a secure setting for people living with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. It's designed to prevent wandering, with staff trained in dementia care and daily routines built around what residents can still do.
It can be a dedicated building, a secured wing of an assisted living community, or a small board and care home that specializes in dementia.
Often the person doesn't want to move, or doesn't understand why. Families are exhausted, and the doctor or the hospital is asking for a plan. We can't make that easier emotionally, but we can take the searching, the calls and the paperwork off your hands, so the time you have goes to your family.
We don't give medical advice. The decision about the right level of care belongs to the person, their family and their doctors.
No cost · No contract · No obligation
Tell us a little about the situation. A real person reads every one of these and replies within one business day — the same day if there's an active hospital discharge.
